Priority Orders

If you need your order on an urgent basis, please contact our team before placing your order. We will check the availability and production timeline and confirm whether priority processing is possible.

Important:
* All Priority Orders must be fully prepaid.
* Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for priority requests.
* Priority processing is subject to production capacity and fabric availability.

Custom Orders

Looking for specific changes in size, length, sleeves, color, or other design details? We may be able to accommodate custom requests on selected products.

Important:
* All Custom Orders must be fully prepaid.
* Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for custom-made products.
* Custom orders are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned once confirmed.
* Production timelines may vary depending on the customization requested.
